Project Coordinator


Access Finance Ltd. is the leading non-bank financial institution providing customer loans through credit cards in Bulgaria. The Project Coordinator will become part of the Business Projects Team. The area of responsibility will include (not only) project administration, dealing and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders, and project teams. The Project Coordinator will be based in Sofia.

Job Duties:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Providing administrative support as needed.
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study.
  • Previous experience in the business projects field is preferable.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • English on working level (second foreign language will be considered as an advantage).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Competency in project management tools as MS Project / Asana / Kanbanize will be considered as an advantage
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.
